SR Express is a fully predefined subset of the SR family that includes cables.

All the corresponding components are held in stock so the reels can ship in a few days.

Specification

Semi-wide spools from 320 to 640 mm diameter
Textured steel long-lifetime springs from 1 to 3 units setup in series or parallel
Low Voltage USR slip rings from 4 to 20 power rings, 690 V AC, ampacity 25 A or 50 A.
Reeling cables from 4G2,5 mm² to 20G2,5 mm² for 7 m up to 56 m paid-out length horizontal and
For horizontal operation up to 60 m/min or vertical operation up to 30 m/min with acceleration up to 0,3 m/s²
For more complex and more demanding combinations and applications, a configured SR will be required.

I want an SR express reel, but with a different length of cable?

If possible, select a slightly higher cable length and cut it during installation, for example using the extra cable for the fixed side connection.
In other cases, please contact our representative near you: it will be available as a configured SR, with improved shipping time due to components held in stock, but not as fast as SR Express.
